For me, Yoga is more than attending a class, it is a way of life: Going back to nature, drinking water, walking. Being in community, and laughing.
I like to keep things simple, fun and easy. My intention is to give you space to slow down, connect with your body, and work with what is showing up. Leave feeling lighter, more inspired, and confident in making positive change in your life.
