Yoga Retreat

Nestled in the peaceful valley of cozy Shoreacres, we’ll gather at the charming local community hall. Settle on your mat, sip on a warm cup of tea, and prepare for four hours of nourishment, reflection, and creative exploration.

We’ll begin the day with Mandy, who will guide you through intentional yoga postures designed to ground, release stress, and foster reconnection with yourself.

Next, Melanie Maure of Wild Grace Coaching will gently guide you through Gateless Writing sessions, helping you open your creativity and build confidence in your own voice through writing.

With a rich background in yoga, meditation, healing, and therapeutic modalities, Mel brings a warm and supportive approach that leaves you feeling inspired, grounded, and encouraged.


Mandy’s classes offer a profound sense of homecoming, creating a sanctuary where closing your eyes and reconnecting with what truly matters feels safe and natural.


Her refined approach allows space to explore and get curious about the deeper layers of existence, inviting clarity and self-discovery.
