Kootenay-based yogi, teacher, mother, and lover of nature.
It was a process . An unravelling. A taking away of what needed to go so that I could come back to myself and what feels good.
From my very first yoga class as a student, to hundreds of hours of teacher training, yoga taught me to peel the layers back of what wasn't serving me, and to embrace simplicity, awareness, and inspiration in life.
Throughout my yoga journey, I have been fortunate to learn from many teachers whose wisdom and guidance have deeply influenced my path. One teacher who has been especially inspiring is Nicki Doane, whose teachings have supported me for years.
I also spent time living in Indonesia, where I studied tantra, kundalini and the energetic body with Sri Guru. During that time, I experienced profound personal growth and healing mentally, emotionally, and physically.
While I loved being immersed in that world of learning and transformation, I felt called to return home to the Kootenays. I wanted to share what I had learned, build a family, and live yoga not just on the mat but as a way of life.
I like to do things lightly, keeping it simple, fun and easy. Healing is a journey, and I am here to meet you where you are at.
Life can pull us in so many different directions, which is why our time together on the mat is a chance to simply be. This is a space where you can show up exactly as you, without judgment, expectations, or the need to be anything other than yourself.
Yoga offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself. My intention is to guide you in feeling more comfortable in your body, letting go of stress and worry, and creating space for more ease, joy, and self-compassion.
Together, we build a supportive community where everyone is welcome, and where healing, connection, and growth can naturally unfold.
